Another Nanobabe crosses the line

I've done it.

At 15.50 this afternoon I typed my 50,000 words. Oh and Di, I was wearing jeans and a tee shirt sadly, unlike Julie, I didn't dress for the occasion.

To everyone who is doing Nanorwrimo best of luck. Let us know how you get on.

Now off for a well deserved glass of wine.

Are you going to continue writing your NaNo novel?

    Lots of hugs

Who cares what you're wearing when you finish NaNo!

  3. Thank you Fee. I'm dead chuffed actually because although I've done Nanowrimo before, this time it was more fun and easier, thanks to my buddies but for me it's proved I can do it. And believe me that's fantastic.

  4. oh God yes Julie. I have a half finished novel that is crying out to be completed. I know how I want to end, I know how I think it should end but it's in the hands of the good folk of Tumbles Forge. It's exciting and yes I'm dead chuffed that I've completed the word count, I really didn't think I'd do it but it's nice to prove yourself wrong.
So just another 50,000 words to write as Simon reminded me earlier - hey no problem.
Really looking forward to our extended lunch, be in touch early next week to sort things out.

Talk soon sweetheart. 50,000 words - WOW!

  8. Thanks Di, yep I'm dead chuffed. I've got to finish the story first before the real hard work begins. I hope to that before Christmas and then I'll print it, put it in a folder, leave it for a month or two and then start editing it.

As I said to Carole though, it is exciting.

    xx
